EMC Gems S.r.l. designs, manufactures, and supplies rotary and linear inductive encoders for the measurement of position, proximity, torque, and level, available both as custom solutions tailored to customer specifications and as standard products.
Thanks to inductive technology, EMC Gems sensors ensure robustness, reliability, and high tolerance to misalignment, enabling digital twins of rotating machinery. The integrated analysis of shaft vibrations allows early fault detection and, through twin-on-chip implementation on embedded systems, supports advanced predictive maintenance strategies.
EMC Gems is also active in the field of electromagnetic simulation, with an in-house developed proprietary software that enables the characterization and optimization of electrical and magnetic components, including inductive, magnetic, and current sensors, antennas, and power electronics components.
